Basmati Rice Mouthwatering Veg-Pilaf

AMIRA INDIAN BASMATI RICE
(Soaked in water for 30Mins)200g
Green peas 100 g
Carrot 100 g
Cinnamon stick 2nos
Green cardamom 4nos
Clove 4nos
Bay leaf 2 leaves
Ghee 50ml
Slice onion 70 g
Salt To taste
Water 340ml
Cumin seeds 3g

COOKING METOD
Heatghee in a deep non-stick pan.
Add cumin, whole spices and let it splutter. Add the sliced
onionand sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add green peas and carrots and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the soaked rice (15-20 minutes) and sauté it for 1 minute
andthen add water, salt and let it boil.
Once the mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat, cover and
cookon medium heat till done. Serve hot.
