AMIRA INDIAN BASMATI RICE
SOAKED IN WATER FOR 30 MINS 1000 g
Refined oil 80 ml
Sliced onions 100 g
Aniseed 20 g
Saffron 1 g
Cinnamon sticks 20
Green cardamom 15 g
Amonds 20 g
Pistachio 15 g
Salt 40 g
Heat the oil in a pan.Sautethe cardamom, cinnamon sticks, anisseeds and sliced onions.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Add saffron and the soaked amira indian basmati rice.
Bring to a boil; stir the rice gently and cook for 5-7 mins.
Cover and put on slow heat for 10 mins.
Take the rice off the heat and serve hot in a serving dish. Sprinkle almonds & pistachio’s on the top to garnish.
